Shopping list
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurtDairy
- 1, sliced BananaProduce
- 1/2 cup Berries (fresh or frozen)Frozen
- 2 tablespoons Oatmeal (dry oats)Pantry
- 1 tablespoon (optional) Peanut butterPantry
Do this
- 1Scoop the yogurt into a bowl.
- 2Slice the banana on a cutting board (or just break it into chunks with your hands — we will not tell).
- 3If the berries are frozen, microwave them 20–30 seconds so they are not ice cubes.
- 4Add banana, berries, and oats on top. Stir the peanut butter in if you want it to taste like dessert.
- 5Eat. If it is too tart, that is the plain yogurt doing its job — fruit usually fixes it.
